Directions from the North
Follow the signs off the Pacific Highway for Byron Bay and it is about a 6km drive into town from the highway, there’s only one road in from the north and one from the south, so it’s pretty difficult to get lost! Cross the railway tracks and at the roundabout in front of you, make a right, you are now on Jonson Street. Continue past the Woolworths supermarket on your right and we are the next block down on the left hand side, directly opposite the RSL club on the corner of Jonson and Ruskin Street.
Directions from the South
If you are coming from the south, you have to options, take the exit at Ballina and follow the coast road past Lennox Head into Byron Bay or come off the highway at Bangalow and follow the instructions as above as if coming from the north, as it uses the same exit. Time wise, the routes are quite the same, scenery wise, it’s a much nicer drive along the coast from Ballina to Byron. The coast road from Ballina will become Broken Head road, then Bangalow road as you come into Byron. At the end of Bangalow road, you’ll face a roundabout at which you’ll turn left, this is Jonson Street. The road makes a right angle turn to the right and after 50m you’ll see us on the right hand side, opposite the RSL club.
